Dave Costello, Managing Director of Advisors Living, said the last of the 3-bedroom-plus-study, 3½-bath townhomes closed in mid-March.
“Congratulations to our developer, John Basile and Company, on the successful sell-out of 21 Crowninshield Road,” said Costello. “These exceptionally built townhomes sold for an average of $2,000,000, or $1,050 per square foot – which is a high-water mark for the Brookline market.
